FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

A full fire risk assessment in larger premises has a number of elements requiring study, any or all of which we can complete for you. Conversely you may choose to carry them out yourself under my guidance.

In some instances there can be a significant amount of work, involving detailed studies and reports of premises and the way they are used. The annotation of plans to show any structural work which may be recommended, along with suggested locations for escape routes, fire fighting equipment, fire alarm and emergency lighting provisions.

Such plans can later be used as an integral part of the Fire Procedure/ Policy documentation, which is used for ensuring that standards are maintained.

Advice given will be based upon current official guidance, and past experience. When the contents of the report has been implemented, if requested I will make a further inspection.

PERIODIC AUDIT

Periodic visits can be arranged at frequencies of your choice, so as to be able to reassure you that standards are being maintained.
