I am Chris Gaulton and I run C.J.G. Fire Safety Services. In more than thirty years as a local authority fire officer, personal experience of innumerable incidents, many of which were tragic and most of them avoidable, gave birth to a passion for helping others stay clear of such situations.

Ten years as a Fire Precautions Enforcement Officer gave me knowledge of what the Law requires.

For a similar period I operated as Fire Investigator, working alongside Police, Forensic Scientists, and Insurers. Investigations often culminated in Civil, criminal and sadly sometimes Coroners Court, providing an intimate insight into the consequences for ordinary people when things go wrong.

That and a daily diet of operational firefighting, places me in an ideal position to help you.
